HOW DO WE BEGIN WORKING TOGETHER? + -
We begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation call. This is an opportunity to get to know each other, understand your vision, and see if we are the right fit. Choosing your wedding planner is a big decision, so we are always happy to hold additional conversations before moving forward. Once you feel ready, we proceed with the contract and officially begin the journey together.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER? + -
For wedding planning, we exclusively offer a full-service planning package. We truly believe that the best weddings are created when we work together from beginning to end, building a strong relationship and carefully selecting the right suppliers to bring your vision to life. We also offer wedding day coordination for couples who already have their suppliers booked and need professional guidance to ensure everything runs seamlessly on the day.
WHEN SHOULD WE REACH OUT TO YOU? + -
Ideally, we recommend reaching out between 10 and 12 months before your wedding to access the best venues and suppliers and enjoy a smooth, well-paced planning process. That said, thanks to our experience and structure, we are also able to manage full wedding planning within shorter timeframes when needed. For coordination services, we require a minimum of one month prior to the wedding date.
HOW MANY VISITS ARE NECESSARY? + -
Most couples visit once or twice, depending on what has already been arranged before working with us. If travelling is not possible, we can manage the entire planning process remotely, including menu tastings, flower trials, and supplier meetings, always keeping you closely involved and informed.
WHAT SHHOULD WE PREPARE BEFORE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH YOU? + -
It’s helpful to have a general idea of your budget, guest count, preferred style, location, and date (or month). We highly recommend having a mood board or some images for inspiration so we may properly guide you in the primary consultation. Don’t worry if everything isn’t defined yet, part of our role is to help you shape and refine these details together.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES? + -
Every couple and every celebration is different. For that reason, our services are thoughtfully tailored based on the specific needs, scale, and complexity of your event. Final fees are determined by the scope of planning required, the number of events, and the level of support needed to bring your vision to life.
